1. The National Minerals Agency (NMA) has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year, 2016. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Procurement of Diaries and Calendars for 2016 Financial Year.

2. The National Minerals Agency now invites seal proposals from eligible suppliers for the Supply of Diaries and Calendars as follows:

Bidders must bid for all the above items. Partial quotations will be considered non-responsive.

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with the Sierra Leone Public Procurement Act of 2004 and opened to all eligible bidders, who can demonstrate the ability and financial capability to provide the required services.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document at the Procurement Unit, National Minerals Agency, 2^nd Floor, 13 Wilkinson Road, Freetown from 9:00am to 4:00pm from Mondays to Fridays.

5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased at the procurement unit for a non- refundable fee of Le 250,000.00 (Two hundred and fifty thousand Leones only). Payment should be made into the NMA Account at the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, Wilkinson Road Branch, Account no. 003001117393030120, and pay in slip submitted to the Finance unit, 2^nd Floor, National Minerals Agency (NMA).

6. Sealed bids must be marked on the outer envelope “PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF DIARIES AND CALENDARS”, delivered to the above office on or before 2:00 pm on Thursday 20^th July 2016 and must be accompanied by the following documentation:

• A Bid security of Le 5, 000,000.00 which must be in the form of a valid Bank Guarantee from a reputable Bank and recognized by the Central Bank of Sierra Leone;
• A valid Business Registration Certificate
• A valid NRA Tax Certificate
• A valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
• Samples of Diaries and Calendars to be supplied based on specification given or sample of previous work.

Bids will be opened on the 20^th July 2016 at 3pm in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the under mentioned address. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidders.
